Terms of Service

With customer satisfaction always at the fore-front of our service, PC Healthstop has made our software contracts quite simple. We provide full coverage for all you software you need to keep you computers, printers, and networks running optimally. We're proud to offer more coverage than a standard warranty, and allow you to bring your computer in as many times as you need to keep it running properly.

If you're not satisfied with your service, you may cancel your contract with PC Healthstop at any time. If you cancel within the first 30 days of your agreement, you will receive a full refund for the contract, less the cost of services rendered to date.

If you cancel after the first 30 days, you'll receive a pro-rated refund of your contract, less the cost of services rendered to date. Refunds within the first 30 days will be credited back to your credit card or to you directly via check. Refunds after the first 30 days will come in the form of store credit.
