Also, after you have the computer home, our support is still here when you need it. If you have any problems with the computer, you can call us or bring it in. We will fix hardware and software issues in the store. We will never send out your computer. If it is a hardware issue, we will call Dell for you. This means you won’t have to sit on hold for hours. The part will be shipped to us and we will put it in for you as soon as we get it. If it is a software issue, we may be able to walk you through fixing it yourself on the phone. If not, we will fix it for you in the store in about a day. We will get you up and running as soon as we possibly can.
