PC optimization can be done at home and at any time to make your computer run to its full potential.
Ways to optimize your computer:
- Run a checkdisk to clean up issues.
- Remove temp files and folders,
- Run a defrag to get rid of fragmented files.
- Make sure your hard drive isn't full and upgrade to a bigger one or delete unused programs if it is.
- Make sure you have enough memory to run your Operating System and all the programs you use. Most computers need at least 512mb to run Windows XP with 1 GB being ideal and 1 GB to run Windows Vista/7 with 2 GB being ideal.
